Apparel items such as T-shirts and mugs are typically shipped together from the same production facility.

Decals and handmade items may also ship together if produced at the same location.

Orders containing products from different categories, for example, a T-shirt and a decal, may be shipped separately. Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

At God Faith Life, every order is carefully prepared with the goal of bringing you a meaningful and high-quality product. Because most of our items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is defective
• You receive the wrong design, product type, or size due to our mistake
• The printed item has a clear quality issue

Refund / Replacement Policy

• Poor-quality printed item
• Incorrect item received, such as the wrong design or product type
• Wrong size sent by us
• Item not received within 30 days for U.S. orders or 60 days for international orders, excluding production time

If your case is approved, customers are not required to pay any replacement or reshipping fees.

Replacement orders follow normal production timelines:

• Processing: Up to 7 business days
• Delivery: Approximately 2–4 weeks

Refunds are processed once approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds typically return to your account within 3–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds, replacements, returns, or exchanges in the following situations:

• Customer selected the wrong size
• Customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Customer dissatisfaction due to material, fit, color tone, or personal preference
• Order changes requested after production has started or after shipment
• Products returned without prior authorization from God Faith Life
• Delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Important Timeframes

Please contact us within the required timeframe so we can properly assist you:

• Handmade items: Issues must be reported within 7 days after delivery
• Printed items: Issues must be reported within 30 days after delivery

Requests submitted after these periods may not be eligible for support.

Order Modification or Cancellation

You may request an order modification or cancellation within 10 hours after placing your order.

After this period, or once production has started, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order because the item has already entered the fulfillment process.

Customer Ordered the Wrong Size

All items are made-to-order. We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by customers.

Please carefully review the size chart available on each product page before placing your order. If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend checking the measurements before checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

Although uncommon, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly help make it right.

Lost or Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Address

God Faith Life is not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to sender because of:

• Failed delivery attempts
• Package not collected in time

we may offer to resend the order at our discretion. Refunds are not available in these situations.
