We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Damaged or poor-quality printed item
Incorrect item received, such as the wrong design or product type
Wrong size sent by us
Item not received within 30 days for U.S. orders or 60 days for international orders

We will assist you in arranging a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Replacement orders follow normal production timelines:
Processing: up to 7 business days
Delivery: approximately 2–4 weeks
Customers are not required to pay any replacement or reshipping fees in these cases.
Refunds are processed once approved. Funds typically return to your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept refunds or replacements in the following situations:
Customer selects the wrong size
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Customer dissatisfaction with material or personal preference
Order changes requested after production or shipment
Products returned without prior authorization from God Faith Life
Important Notes
Handmade items: Issues must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
Printed items: Issues must be reported within 30 days after delivery.
Requests submitted after these periods may not be eligible for support.
Specific Cases
Order Modification or Cancellation
You may request order modifications or cancellations within 10 hours after placing your order.
After this period, or once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Customer Ordered the Wrong Size
All items are made-to-order.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection made by customers.
Please carefully review the size chart available on each product page before ordering.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
Although uncommon, if you receive:
A damaged item
Poor print quality
Incorrect product
we will provide a free replacement or refund.

We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Order Not Received
If your order has not arrived within:
30 days for U.S. orders
60 days for international orders
excluding processing time of 4 – 8 days, please contact us for assistance or a refund.
This policy excludes delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Order Lost / Returned Due to Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to sender because of:
Wrong address
Failed delivery attempts
Package not collected in time
we reserve the right to resend the order. Refunds are not available in these situations.
